After destickering the R26 theres abit of glue residue still left on the car. Ive tryed AG tar remover on it and even abit of white spirit.

Any idea what i can use to make it abit easyer to get it off?

thinners, so long as you dont leave the thinners on too long it'll be fine
oh and dont put it on fresh paint or crap paint

i used abit of petrol on a rag, then polish and wax :-)

I also tried abit of meguires metal polish it didnt do any damage but im not sure it would be reccomended!

To do it properly get a toffee wheel :-)

dont use a toffe wheel on plastic parts though, it will rip the paint off

Only say because cellulose will take ages to fook 2k clear coat (assuming its not fresh), safe option
