I gave them a call, they said they had issues with internet and mobile but my phone seems to be ok now.

No problems here but they have an ongoing multitude of network issues and their customer service and handling of them is pathetic.

I posted about it on PH a while back and loads of people had had the several hours lag between texts being sent and arriving. The calls being bounced straight to voicemail was also common.

well the whole o2 seemed to go into meltdown before. customer services went down my tills went down

but nothing showed up as a problem which was strange however there may be an outage at around 6pm tonight
