Yes.

You probably snack like i used to but dont actually eat proper meals. I used to think i ate loads but then i used to skip breakfast and sometimes dinner and just snack on crisps and shite like that.

I still dont eat enough to get any bigger (have put on a over a stone of muscle since i started training) simply because i cant afford it

I try to get on a daily basis:

Breakfast:

6 Weetabix
Banana
Protein Shake

Dinner:

6 egg omelette
Protein shake

Tea:

Chicken + Rice stir fry/whatever mother cooks
Protein/Vitimin Drink

Inbetween i might have a tin of tuna in a sandwich but my stomach can only handle so much food

Try to train 4 times a week.

Usually split your workouts into 2 days, rest, 2 days, rest, rest if you can

Split the muscle groups too. Mine is currently split to:

Chest/Tri's
Legs
Back/Bi's
Hamstrings/Shoulders

I go to DW Sports, I find it pretty good but then I never made use of the trainers or classes so I've not really noticed a change since it was JJB. My problem is I'll have stages where I'm constantly at the gym, then I won't go for a week or two and I don't eat properly

DW gyms are sound. Not a hardcore gym so you won't feel too intimidated. You can have a walk round etc to see whats there, most do have free weights and loads of machines.

Breakfast:

two chicken breasts and rice.
protein shake (weight gainer)

10am
protein shake (weight gainer)
banana

Lunch:
two chicken breasts and rice

3pm
protein shake (weight gainer)
banana

Dinner/T
two chicken breasts, veg and rice

9.30pm
protein shake (weight gainer)

using various sauces with the chicken and having an odd peice of chocolate here and there so your body doesnt turn into hannibal mode because it will eat your muscle
