classic car services are around £1100 for front seats, rear bench and doorcards in leather.
edit: will obviously be cheaper than that for just the fronts and 2 doorcards etc

how much was the leather option in your mito?
believe it or not, alot of work goes into trimming, it's very comparable to paint, the materials aren't cheap to start with etc
contact plush if you want to be royally ripped off, £90 per metre for alcantara, let alone leather etc lol

I don't have leather in the MiTo (couldn't afford it really, wanted Climate Control, Cruise Control and Bluetooth) but it was £1075 IIRC...

Retrimming has always been expensive.
I did know a bloke that used to retrim Reading Buses seats that I bought my black Nova SR off of, old guy and he was going to do my Corsa SXi interior and back then it wasn't cheap even a man working in his garage wanted about £700

I remember paying just shy of £2k to get my Mk4 Astra done. Included front/rear seats, door cards, some embroidery and the gaitors.
Grade of leather added to the cost as I didnt want cheap leather.
