In no particular order i would have to say............

1- The friggin things that hold the arch covers on(especially the one that also goes through the bumper

2-The one on the rear clusters that i always drop in the gap below

3-The on holding in the rear door card, just below the front seatbelt(mine is at a bloody awkward angle to get to

4-The ones holding in the front lights(to get to the bulbs is an arse)

5-The little allen key screws that tighten up on after market gear knobs and handbrakes(so bloody easy to thread)

Why did mr vauxhall decide to use a complete mix of screws as well

I have normal phillips ones, phillips with like a fat head and those star screw thingies- When I sort my system out i have to use 2 different screwdrivers and an adjustable head one

I this just my car??? lol

If you want a truely shit job to do then try
getting the roof card out without scratching or ripping it, or getting the steering wheel off for the first time.

You should try fitting a new hood on a cabriolet.

steering wheel is tough as shite to get off unless you got a proper two legged puller! and even then, the "supposedly correct" puller i got didnt bloody fit! ended up getting the grinder out onto the puller so that it would fit!

front window winder handles, also bloody annoying! there is like a little clipthat you need to pull out. get a fairly stiff piece of copper wire, and bend it so that its like a little fishing hook (bout a size 8 hook! ) then you need to play about for ages trying to hook the clip. once you hook it, just pull, and the clip will fly off in some random direction, and handle will come off!

worst problem i've had is trying to connect the speedo lead to the back of the speedo again! no bloody room for manouver and it so hard to get it to clip back on! grrrrrrrrr!!
