Who knows what will happen in a few years though? Looking on the 'bright-side' money wise, I could come into some money or double+ what I'm earning now, enabling me to do both or money may stay about the same and I'll keep the MiTo (as it's now all mine), sell the weekend car if I have to and buy a house.

But the car to replace the MiTo will be a small auto merc that sips go juice

I really dont know tbh, ibiza is probably going to be run into the ground and the zed will no doubt loose all its value with petrol prices rising.

Next car id like to be an upgrade from the zed to something better but i imaigne it will be a downgrade and come to some sort of middle ground between ibiza and zed.

I work 18 miles from home, none of my friends live anywhere near my house there is not a chance I could go without one economical car now.

When I say economical car, I mean one that does 50MPG+

There is no way I'd run a car everyday that does less than that. I do £40-50 a week (£35ish in the 'to and £10 in the other car at least).

In a dream world I'd replace the MiTo with an X5
