Don't expect it back up anytime soon, especially in the South... pikeys have broken in and stolen routers from one of our hubs in Amazingstoke, likely to be down most of the day

it'll be fairly localised and may also be handset specific, ie. in SW15 this morning, I had not 3G signal but calls/texts were fine (usually full HSPA signal), yet in C.London its fine

Well its a fairly severe problem as it cant really just be fixed so to speak

theyve actually stolen routers from our hubs in bracknell and basingstoke so we'll have to re-route a load of traffic whilst also trying to fix/replace the issue. we have back-up kit so will take probs the day to fix. will be intermittent problems and some phones may have it worse due to software etc (like the 3g issue i had this mornign at home)
