I've just come back from my mates 21st b'day,
2 of us couldn't drink tonight, had a nice chinese style bbq @ his house.
I had 1 can of carling to go with the bbq.
Anyways i dropped 3 of them off home before i headed back to my house.
It was about 4.20am.
I went around a roundabout twice quite enthusiastically. I know it was a stupid thing to do and am not condoning/excusing what i did!.
i saw the police car join the roundabout as i did my second round, I turned off at my exit, i got my speed down to 25, there was some distance between us, and he was soon speeding quite fast behind me so i knew i was gonna get pulled. then i saw the dredded lights!
i thought shiiitt!! I'm definately gonna get done for dangerous driving !!
He asked me to step out, asked me about the "manovoure" i just did, I said i was stupid etc thinkin he was refering to the speed. To my suprise he said i did nothing wrong, just wondered why i did the roundabout twice! He then asked me if i was drinking/drugs/etc i said no, then asked me who the car was rege'd too. he then checked on his radio. while the other officer asked where i had been and were going to. the guy on the other end of the radio pronounced my surname wrong! :@
seemed like nice coppers, they could have done me for my illegal plates and lights. he gave me a smile and said i did nothing wrong.
i thought what a nice bloke

fogs are quite annoying tho, they blind me from behind and when they are coming towards me.

i don't get it, you were lucky for being let off for going round a roundabout twice, yeah lucky LOL  - good one - lucky is when i was with my mate when he was going 70mph in a 30 zone on the wrong side of the road and was pulled by a police car and was let off - THAT'S LUCKY lol

Swimace - 70 in a 30 thats just as said, bloody stupid! If i was a copper Id of made sure that you were booked for it! All it would of taken is for someone pissed up or something step out or another car and you'd kill em. If you drive like that you shouldnt be on the roads!

I know if i was driving like that from the PASSENGER SEAT i agree i shouldn't be on the roads!! - and didn't know u could "book" the passenger for the drivers wrong doings!!  READ FOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyways - the police man looked my mates licence, he was shitting it and stuff, obviously, and the guy asked where his documents were. He said at home, in Stoke, we were in Bath (at Uni) the policeman guy was like - well as i can see this'll be loads of hastle i'll let u off, checked the car on the radio and let him go, simple. My mate drove like gold for ages after...

did u know its in the law - that u can only go around a roundabout so many times? Think 2 or 3 is the limit stupid law
Ive been done before for 'Reversing unnessary distance' of cause it was necessary or i wouldnt have done it
