What is cool to do in London when I'm there for a few days? Apart from the obvious stuff, obviously

Underground being ghetto
As Jambo said, loads to do it's just the case of what you fancy doing. Science/History and Film museums are worth the trek, likewise London Dungeons and the London Sea Life Aquarium (although these aren't cheap). Also got the Royal Observatory in Greenwich and the various attractions on the Thames like HMS Belfast etc.

Wouldn't mind going to the natural history museum. I have been before but it was a long time ago and cant remember anything about it, too young to appreciate it.

No but seriously, you should hire an aeroplane, paint it in Luftwaffe markings and re-enact the blitz or something

If you've not done Exhibition Road do that
Last trip I took into london I went to Baker Street underground to go to Madame Tussauds, we ate in the Waterspoons nextdoor (uber cheap) then took the underground to piccadilly to take a gadners then got back on and went to Kinightsbridge station, took a wander through harrods then walked up the A4 to Exhibition Road to go to the science museam.
