I am an avid Time Attack fan and attend as many rounds as I can each Season. I also closely follow Fee and consider myself one of her Groupies.

I have purchased a Time Attack Sunstrip to fit to my Impreza. I like to show my support as a Fan and it is to replace the current "Subaru" one.

John posted in my Project thread that I have no right to display one as I do not participate as a competitor. I do not wish to ruin my project thread so I am replying to John in a new thread.

Hello John, Do you have some kind APP that actively directs you to threads where you can apply your usual style of Comment or what?

Please may I draw your attention to the following Paragraph taken from the Time attack merchandise Store http://www.ekmpowershop2.com/ekmps/shops/gtbattle/2011-stickers-7-c.asp

"In this section of the shop you can purchase 2011 stickers as either a competitor or fan."

I am a Time Attack Fan (I actually attend many of the rounds as well, driving all over the Country although I cant make the oulton Round this year) and I like to show this, no different to wearing an F1 T-Shirt or Ferrari cap

What about Americans with Nascar stickers all over their Cars or anyone with a WRC.

Maybe as an avid fan I like to promote the Series?

Random bloke in the street "Whats Time Attack mean"

Me "The Time Attack Series is dedicated to representing the aftermarket scene and to providing a relevant motorsport to those within the scene"

Random Bloke in the Street "Cool I`ll check it out"

+1 Time Attack Fan

Thank you for coming

If you care so much about what he think then you clearly need to get a grip.

the one thing i'm not keen on with scoobies and evos is the amount of logos, stickers, brand names that are usually plastered all over them, even as standard the STI, and WRX markings are a bit overdone.

its like CTR's, they have type R written on every side of car

i find it a bit chavvy to be honest.

Get a keyring instead

My thought is that you should leave the sunstrip, whatever it says, firmly in the 90's. If you want to support it, fine, why not. It's not as if someone with a BTCC one thinks they're driving a touring car about.

cool

Seth - just do it.

I havent seen many about that arent competitors so you tend to think they are in the series when you see them

They are slightly different though arent they - i.e they dont have the club/pro and 'catch all the action at http://www.timeattack.co.uk ' do they?
