This is the second car my cousin has built for hillclimbing.
The Raptor is a 290kg carbon-fibre composite design by Martin Ogilvie (ex Team Lotus designer), powered by a 250 bhp 1600cc Suzuki Hyabusa engine.
That works out at about 860 bhp per ton.
The run in the video above was the first one for the owner (Lee Adams) this year and he set a new record for his class.

Yeah both of them were taken at Doune. The first one was just last weekend. The second one was a few years ago.

Those speeds are insane, track looks barely wider than car in places. Blukoo don't you drive an old honda accord or something? Not exactly the car of a dreamer

I did have an accord, but I just traded it in for a new McLaren MP4-12C.

Like the bits you already have on the Skyline?
If you're serious about it, I could just give you his email address.
But I'd have though you'd be able to buy parts cheaper than he'd be able to make them. Especially if they're one offs.

we're looking for bigger/stronger parts - mostly the cannards as they are pretty much pointless at the moment.
Flat floor and skirts is something i really want to look into.
I'll google his site and email.
