Well its been a while since i properly posted on here but my last corsa met its end 3rd feb when a twat decided not to look an pull out on me, But about a month ago i got told they were finally going to give me some money so i started looking for a new car. Then i got a text from my mate ste (badgersport on here) that a well known saxo was for sale, so as soon as i got the link to the thread i had to get in touch an go and view it. The previous owner has owned it since it was 16 months old and has every bit of history you could ask for, He's also done a few choice mods which have made the car so much better.

I soon fell in love with her and put a deposit down, then last friday i went down to pick her up.

spec list:

sparco upper brace
omp lower brace
206 gti 180 front brakes with red stuff pads
standard rear brakes with green stuff pads
braided lines front and back
23mm 406 master cyclinder
janspeed 4-2-1 manifold
sports cat
powerflow catback exhaust
pollybushed all round
bilstien b8 shocks
eibach 40mm front springs with rear matched
green enclosed carbon induction kit
oil catch tank
oillite bearing less rear beam with 24mm rear arb fitted
mk2 airbagged vts interior
modded track rod arm to avoid powersteering pipe
quickshift but cant remember the name
black vts wheels need a refurb as they were his winter wheels and only rattle canned.

Dont really have any plans for her apart from tidy bits and bobs up like get wheels refurbed an eventually get the stone chips on the front end sorted

now for the pictures, heres some from the previous owners project thread on saxperience

i haven't took many my self but heres the few that i have taken:

then on sunday i thought im going to treat it to a good clean so i went and got some new goodies

then after a good clean and polish

abit of a random pic but i like it for some reason

Do love this colour Very tidy compared to the ones round this end
Will be good once the wheels are re-furbed as said, maybe a little lower but its lush

i preffer it in the pics with the silver wheels aswell but in real life the black is quite nice eventually i probs will go back to silver but atm im happy with the black. i have been really tempted with white as i love white on blue but im really unsure atm

as for the jewel rear lights the previous owner was lending them from a friend so when i got it he had to give them back but i have a set of jewels from my old silver saxo in the garage so might fit them at some point but i love the clean look the car has atm, It looks hardly modded which is nice as i've never liked to do too much to the appearence of my cars

pretty good for its nick and phs 2 one also so think you got a bargain there, had all sorts of ideas running threw my head at picking a vtr for spare or repair and fixing it up and using it as a cheap run about, they feel like a go cart to drive.

i thought i might aswell add my mrs car on here as i know a few of you will like it if you like mine.

its a topaz gold mk2 vtr on 126k and to put it short its been a typical french car nothing but trouble but its good atm so thats all that matters i suppose lol she's had it 2 years in june and the current spec isn't that much tbh.

spec:
lowered 60mm on standard shocks with rear beam set to match
piper backbox
smoked front lights and smoked jewel rear lights

parts that are on there way and soon to be fitted:
janspeed 4-2-1
supersprint middle section
jamex shocks

yesterday we finally got something that the car desperatly needed, heres some pictures anyway.

standard:

slightly modded:

and the pictures from yesterday before and after the best mod yet

before:

after:

then we went and took some pictures
