So we have this next door neighbour that is such a lazy bitch it's unreal, it's hard to explain the whole story without an essay but she's lived here as long as I've been alive and since he husband left her 15+ years ago she hasn't lifted a finger on her council property. She won't let anyone in her house and when we've caught quick glimpse inside it's the worst thing I've ever seen. She used to have a dog and left the back-door open 24/7, her cat died so she buried it in her front garden but it barely went under the soil, a fox dug it up and carried it in her house and put it on her bed... She spoke about this as if it was completely normal etc. 
Anyway, that shit doesn't bother me if it doesn't affect me but she hasn't cut or maintained her gardens in years and it's getting worse and worse... I'll let the photos do the speaking:
Comparison:
It completely covers the downstairs windows, her house is PITCH black because of it... Her garden is actually a lot 'lower' than ours so it's literally about 10+ ft high...
Now you might think how does this affect us... Well basically foxes are living in her garden, they fuck at night and scream like a woman is being murdered, all the weeds are growing into our garden constantly, tangling into trees we have but the most annoying thing is how it's growing right up her wall and into the roof. It's pushing tiles off the roof and you can actually see the weeds from inside the loft. Not only that but we get SOOO many spiders/bugs coming into our house because of it.
About 2-3 years ago we went round there and cut it for her but she makes no effort herself. She's only like 55, perfectly able, works for Asda and stuff... She's not disabled in anyway, she's been like this since she was young. She's just the worst neighbour to live with, she brings home tons of meat scraps from work to give to the foxes (acting like she's a nice caring person) but because her garden is so overgrown she decides to throw it all over our nicely cut lawn... The foxes then come and eat it, shit all over our garden, dig tons of holes and generally just ruin it... She does so much shit that annoys us, like the other day her car broke down so she let some pikey come and drain the £5 worth of petrol out of it... He didn't know what he was doing and put a screw-driver through the tank but somehow managed to empty it all over the road. It literally covered the road, went all round my car, over its tyres and stuff... So someone called the Police/council and they came out with grit shit so put down and even weeks later the road is still white with shit sticking to our cars and stuff, it's just little things that have added up over the years that make me hate the bitch so much.
We've phoned the council numerous times but she just won't answer the door... The council has came into our house to see how bad it is and say they will investigate, they send people out, knock on her door, she ignores it and that's that... It's such a waste of our time as we've literally called them 15+ times in the last few years with no luck what-so-ever.
Her front garden is also really, really bad, all weeds/grass and shit are hanging over the walkway and unless we cut and dispose of it, it simply won't get touched... It makes the whole front of our house look like a fucking state because of her, it stinks like fuck because of all the foxes shitting everywhere due to her chucking tons of meat scraps out that she brings home from Asda every night and UGH... I wanna stab the cunt

my neighbour is a bit the same, cuts the grass in the garden, but has this massive hedge thing covering the garage, its stupidally wide, get loads of pidgeons hanging around in it, and also they have loads of birds nesting in the roof as they don't sort out the holes in the eaves.
get so much bird poo because of this, especially when the baby birds are growing up.
also all their gutters need cleaning out, when it rains it just overflows, which is noisy and no good for the house, also hits ours
