Is that your auction?
You should have written in bold, 100 point red font "IPHONE NOT INCLUDED" - although they still would have believed otherwise.

It clearly states 'box' in the auction title. It has a photo of the box, and i have sent a box. Anyone that emailed me querying it, I told them straight. These clowns that bidded without checking on it clearly are stupid.
I saw one go for £371 the other day. Absolute retards.

Waste of time. The buyer will dispute it and it will be refunded due to the description not being clear enough.

We'll see what happens.
In my defence, I listed it titled 'box'. The only photo does not show any phone or inclination that a phone is available and same with the ad.
In the eyes of eBay I've listed what I'm selling.

Comedy value is great, but as Ben says, it'll just cause you shit from the buyer.

I don't get how that isn't clear though It doesn't say anywhere about a phone

I know but I'm sure Paypal/Ebay will side with the buyer.

I dont see why I should be 'neg'd' personally.
In my defence also, I have 100% feedback, the buyer has 0%.

just cancel it and relist, blatant ripping somebody off will only result in a big dose of karma

Genuine question but why would you sell a box? For some one that wants a box to sell their actual phone or something, I assume?

Paypal/eBay always side with the buyer. This will only end bad for you.

On what grounds could they side with the buyer?
Advert clearly states that it is a box.

He will dispute it for sure and they will repay him. No one is that stupid to buy a box for that amount, he will say the advert wasn't clear enough. Simple as that. Ebay is full of cunts.

everyone knows you done it to be sneaky and try and trick someone into thinking it is for the full phone.
its sneaky and you know what your aim was in doing it, morally its wrong, i hope they refund buyer and you get no money.

as barnshaw said, you have listed it with the sole purpose of ripping somebody off, hence stating 16gb etc. the boxes are identical regardless of that info

Have you ever bought a £130 phone box?

What does that have to do with it? Deliberately preying on the ignorant/daft then coming onto a website and mocking them shows just how little morals you actually have.

I just wanted to know if he had and why he hasn't.
The point being if you don't read plain English or it doesn't even register upstairs that it could be slighty suspicious then you deserved to be ripped off. I wouldn't suggest he was gloating about it as the listing admittedly is brief but is also accurate
