Keep seeing these adverts for slendertone, claiming a few minutes is the equivalent to 120 sit ups etc. Do they work? I'm a size 8 but not as toned as I used to be, don't have the time/energy to work out everyday, and figure with one of these I could have it on at work etc. Anyone used one and seen results?

I wouldn't necessarily say so, I live a very active life, eat well and haven't changed clothes size, just not as toned as I'd like to be

they would be more popular than they are if they worked. must be a good reason women still decide to go to the gym to get the results they want

I wish I had the time for the gym. Work up to 60 hour weeks, and have the horse to sort on top morning and night, as well as usual house stuff etc. I go on wii fit, I'm very active in work and of course the riding/mucking out. Just want something to help tone me. Getting ankle weights etc to wear at work to try to tone my legs/bum a bit more

I do this sort of thing on the wii, but it's finding the time etc.
I'm sure there is/was pics in the thread, there's been plenty of me on here, not pleasant.

You dont need a damn Wii just do a bit of research and have a play with different exercises but push yourself, nothing comes easy.

I'm not expecting anything to come easy, but I'm more inclined to do it if I enjoy it. I have the wii so going to use it. Today for example, was up, ready and at work for 5:30am, spent most day on my feet until I finished at 4pm, came home, did some housework and grabbed bite to eat, then went to the farm. Mucked stable out, did hay etc, got horse in, exercised him, bathed him and got back home for about 9pm. Knackered now, and up stupidly early for horse/work tomorrow so struggle to fit in exercise

Yeah sounds hectic but if you want it enough you will find time.. you could fit a quick routine into 10-15 mins somewhere surely?
