Bit of a stupid thing to do tbh. Couldn't you just have waited the extra 30 secs to pass them instead of taking a chance.

Depends on your insurer, I had 9 at one point and it didn't affect the price much.

Also didn't notice much difference once they went off

had my licence 3 year now so wont get banned. and the first offence was an emergency, i pass that no entry everyday and its a hell of a short cut for me but i never take it...

yeah looking back i shouldn't of took it but cant change that now, just want to know will it effect my insurance as the first one didn't

on the first one i was due to change policies a few days after and i went from a 1.4 astra to a 1.6 corsa and it was a good few hundred cheaper somehow

certain offences dont effect it at all but my question is does this one?

I thought it was more that they usually let people off for the first 3 points these days as a lot of people have them for one reason or another.

I have 3 points for double White lines.. Code is TS20 mate.. I was told it should only go up about 10% but it has made about £1000 difference to mine! They see it as quite a dangerous offence.. Gutted.
