Hi always thinking about 'what's next' as I'm sure everyone does on here from time to time!
Anyway, I currently own an Impreza STI (blobeye) and have thought about three cars that kinda stick in my mind as something I'd like to own. Now, would you really see these as good upgrades? Obviously they're available as a newer car, which is always good. I know they're going to be slightly slower (running 305bhp on the Impreza) but it nots going to be too much of a jump, right?
And I guess they're always tuning parts if I feel the need
So, as it stands, these are the three, what would you go for?

Apparently 350z will be capable of catching a scooby anyways tbh and is a nicer car

out of them, probably the 350z, you can either keep it looking smart or ricer it up
getting a golf after a scooby will probably feel like getting your bus pass

I would say 350z. But if you buy one, you'll have to go patrolling for stolen Imprezas all the time.

I also do not know what they're talking about, lol.
Does the running costs vary a lot between the mentioned cars? Finding the Impreza hard work with services etc! My ultimate realistic dream car is an Evo 9, but I think the 6 monthly intervals would send me insane

350z seems the obvious choice of the three, even though im usually vauxhall biased, also i think golfs have lost their character nowerdays, saying that, anything after the mk2 seems that way to me.

I think I could deal with a little bit off a bhp drop, considering you only get to drive like an old granny around here anyway

It's no surprise what I voted for!
I looked and drove the choices when I was buying mine.
The Astra was a nice car. But its just an Astra still. Nothing 'that' special.
And I know that the 350z isnt that special either but it has a cracking engine and makes a lovely noise. It also looks like it is newer and costs more than a VXR (from what people have told me about mine). People always seem to think its a 20-30k car
Be warned that the 350 is not that fast. They are 280bhp standard and a heavy car.
More than welcome to come see mine if you wanted to go for a spin in one.

Why would a heavier car with less power catch it? I'd choose the 350 out of them but truth be told I wouldn't swap the STI for any of them!
