I wasn't going to be going this year because of my hernia operation last Friday.
However the temptation was too strong and me and 5 other mates managed to get some crackin last minute ticket deals. Full weekend + camping for £150. Thats £45 less than face value
Weather looks like its clearing up too
So i'm packing my bags now and getting ready to set off in a few hours. Wooooo!
Anyone else going? Or has everyone already left?

Seen folk selling them for £85 a ticket! Quite amusing as there are touts on eBay still with 10+ buy it nows @ £190! Which is obviously them dropping the price as before the weekend ones were up for £250+ So for once they are getting fucked over rather than shafting other folk!

Absolutely gutted I'm not going
As long as you've got wellies and a poncho the rain doesn't matter.
Only type of weather that puts a downer on it is that wind last year, that was horrendous.

I don't remember there being much wind last year.
Anyway, wellies - check! Poncho - check!

The wind was terrible, especially on Sunday, it didn't let up the whole time.

It's scorching up there just now and has been pretty much all day, cunts
Agreed about the touts, I hope they are all thousands of pounds out of pocket.

Arctic Monkeys were shocking headliners. Played a run of about 6 songs no one knew.
I'm not a fan of Pendulum but they looked amazing, the entire crowd were bouncing.

Walking around at night isn't a problem.
Trying to shit half squatting so you don't touch the mountain of shit coming out the toilet, while trying not to be sick, is.

grim. never been to a festival but the thought of not washing, shitting in a dirty bog and living like a pikey for a few days puts me right off.
