Don't currently have a Corsa but I used to run a full Powerflow stainless system with de-cat and 3" outward rolled tip, sounded great. Wasn't raspy, gave a nice deep note with a few pops and bangs.

That was lowered 60 on coilovers but the rear was stripped, never had a problem with knocking as I did end up raising it up slightly.

Mines a 4-2-1 manifold, standard cat, cherry bomb centre section and cherry bomb back box, quite loud and deep, just a touch of rasp of full bore and a few little pops now and then and looks like:

I haven't got a scooby doo what brand mine is, but its a stainless 4.1 mani (which id advise to keep away from) mild steel de-cat that i modded to fit the stainless centre with a tiny silencer and a stainless back box^^ few nice popping sounds come out of it. rubs on the axle a little but put a flat piece of rubber round the axle so not too bad

them gash opel logos have gone now

Mines a full system Jay yeah. Heres a vid of mine and another guys off here to give you an idea of what they sound like -

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sn937Fk-iJo

http://www.youtube.com/user/SimonR1991#p/u/6/kmjdcat2REI

Mines got a 4-2-1 manifold on it in that video and I've since decatted it had the silenced tip removed so it sounds a bit different now

I think piper exhausts sound good but they are so loud. My brother has a Piper cat back on his corsa which is louder than my decatted milltek with manifold on my ST
