Got a bit bored on the way home so thought I'd do a quick video of my rustbucket
Should have chosen a road that wasn't slightly uphill, fucking useless torque levels

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZV7hGGQUIpY

Spec is literally just a B16B with 2.5" 4-1/decat system and the wrong inlet/tb. So will be quicker soon

Yes, I know the quality is shit. Desire camera is fubar'd.

Edit: Very difficult to see, but it's 40-110 in the video, on my private road

Tbh, it should be quicker. I've still got the smaller inlet/tb from the B16a1, so I'm on the lookout for a 98 Spec DC2 inlet system. All money on a shell that's worth about £400

It's not bad Jenko, but I need more Get vtec bought

Aye Jack, that's why I love it. You have to kick fuck out of it to get it moving An EF with a B20/16 would be fucking quick I was planning on going down the B20 or even B18c route but this B16B came up, which is technically a B18 anyway But wanted to keep it a 1.6

Well, it should be running 185bhp as standard but they are known to run slightly less. So I'd be happy if I had standard power with the exhaust system When I get back from my holiday I'll be getting a set of Vtec Killer cams, and Hondata and going for over 200bhp. In theory

That will be a weapon haha

I mate of mine is building a stripped, caged eg but unsure on engine yet. He was toying with a k20 but think he's going for bottem end out of a crv(can think what it is) and a b18 something head. i think thats what he said last but he changes his mind daily ha.

A K20 would be a LOT of effort! The bottom end would be a B20, add that to a B18c head with ITR pistons, conrods and cams, throw it on Hondata and you would easily see 210+bhp with a lot of torque!

Vtec killer cams are pretty hardcore things. They don't use vtec at all, so you have to get it disengaged to use them.

They sound a bit like this:
