My nose is either blocked or runs 90% of the time.
Not much sense of smell.
Been bothering me for about a year or so, although not as bad since i stopped smoking.
Doctor keeps giving me nasal sprays which do nothing because its usually blocked or have a sneezing fit after using it.
Only thing that seemed to work was a presrcribed steriod but it only cleared for a day or 2.
Fed up with it and my doctors not helping.
Fuck can i do, really pissing me off now.

How do you know?
Took me ages to find out I was. Although, I doubt this is the cause. Dairy in general can cause mucus
Have you tried snorting water and spraying it back out?
Have you ever broken your nose?
Do you drink lots of alcohol?

Have you tried nasal irrigation? A friend of mine suffers from something similar and uses nasal irrigation to sort it.

Got exactly the same problem. Had this for about two years. Never runs just blocked.
Also get these kinda snot/air bubble thing that fly out when I blow. It clears for a while after that.
Now started getting headaches and similar pains in eyes/forhead. Been given that steroid nasal spray beconase. Seems to be helping.
A netti pot is a good thing. Where u pour salt water up your nose and it comes out otherside. Helped Alot before.
Horrible feeling, it makes me feel dizzy now and again aswell
