i was shitting it, cos a few weeks ago i thote i went passed a mobile camera in a 30zone at least doin 45mph or even 50mph. So the other morning when my fine came i was pretty happy to see that it was 44mph, pretty lucky i guess cos i wud had been banned if i was goin another 1mph.
however i now have 18months without getting any points cos its only my 6month of driving!

thats just it, just say if i learn not to speed i can still get 3 points for sumfin else. i hav been pulled over so many times this last week i am now known throughout blackburn and the copper said that i was a cock and that the cops can now just pull me over for no reason and search my car!
but anyways, lets just enjoy driving whilst it lasts.

Anyone else get done on the A127 towards southend about 1-2 miles before the 40mph limit and well before the first speed cameras!! It was one of those mobile units i think!!

That sounds strange so i will re-word it
I got flashed in a car that doesnt belong to me, if i have not heard anything within the 14 days am i clear?
...............
or
...............
do they only have to notify the owner of the vehicle within those 14days?
Cheers

Think you can but legally they dont have to give you 10%, but I think any court in the land will allow for miscalibration etc....most police forces use 10% + 2, or 10% at christmas etc.

10% of 70 being 7mph
106mph - 7mph = 99mph
99mph = ???? £60 & 3ponts???

1 in 1000....are you a famous footballer or QC??
over 100 immediate ban....remember though your never going as fast as your speedo says...so it might only be 99mph in which case 3-6 points and fine.........i think
