as per the title?

I played with corsas years back, just 2l engine swap, coilovers etc. the normal run of the mill stuff

I been building custom bikes and trikes, and a recent deal saw me land a couple of very tasty bike engines, one is destined for a build to sell

the other is a turbocharged busa engine, rode the bike and know its very good engine

brain started ticking and thought about fitting it into a corsa, has it been done?

There's hundreds of minis with bike engines in JedDy, not sure what they would be like in a Corsa. I would be inclined to stick to a proven engine that works well, but that's just me.

Ditto. It's all very well having a bike engine in a Corsa, but with something that doesn't seem to have been done before.. there's no real quidlines.

Edit: Only come across one on my finds, and that's with a Gixxer 1100.

Weight.

How much power and torque will the engine make? Generally bike engines are only put in light cars.

it would have to be really light or it wouldnt be worth the hassle unless it was some mega turbo bussa engine or something

you would need mega money in the engine to make it move anything like. and it still wouldnt handle

what about 2 bike engines?

As said, to make it worthwhile you need to start with a lightweight shell / chassis. A corsa shell would need to be completely stripped and lightened to make it something special.

Only 16 seconds? You can do that in a 1.6 corsa.

Suzuki Hayabusa - 160bhp and 99lbft = Engine £1500+
Standard C20XE - 156bhp and 145lbft = Engine £300
horsepower sells cars torque wins races...............

Having help build, driven and been in a few small cars with bike engines, there NOT as fast as you think an what i imagine you would be using the car for it would be pointless BUT in the right setup, use etc can have there advantages.
