well as some know i sold my corsa

but no regrets bought a 2006 ford mondeo tdci st 155















fantastic car mind

future plans:

jp exhaust system
wingspeed decat
k & n panel filter
Air tec big front mount intercooler
and a dream science remap

should be hopefully around 200bhp and 440 NM of torque !!!!!!!!!

nice one mate, i personally prefer the st220 purely for the noise/seats etc but these are still nice.

hate the chrome though but that's just me.

remap see these nearly hit 200bhp alone iirc.

**UPDATE**

well added a wingspeed decat now

good increase on power



also got a boost gauge just need to fit

goes up to 45psi as these boost at 22psi and 28psi on over-boost







also got this brass connector so i can tap and drill the egr valve to fit the boost gauge



finally a nice big air tech front mount intercooler

Comparison over standard











going to invest in a MIJ exhaust 2 1/2 inch with duel exit back boxes like the st220

DERV POWER!!!!!!

and i still get 40 to 60 MPG

That is cool I bet it will wound well. Boost guage is probably coolest I've seen too.

watch out fitting larger fmic on standard setup you may get a pressure drop across the system

boost gauge is all fitted now.....

and deffos no pressure drop steve lol

well the boost gauge is fitted it shows volts and boost....

but i need to tap the egr to put a nipple on it so it reads boost to the gauge

Why not just get a mechanical boost gauge?
