Also, can you still buy mounts anywhere? I know Chris Astley did them but... erm....

Pretty sure you can get some of the mounts from ebay buddy, although i hear 1 needs to be fabricated

Can't you speak to power crazy. They kicked out some v6s years ago. Might point you on direction of some mounts

Yes, but there nothing illicite nor illegal about that, bankrupt or not (even tho to my knowledge there not actual proof he even had to claim insolvency).

I know mike, my comment was more towards the point that he is still about and trading. Therefore V6 mounts may still be available from him.

im sure theres a place round the corner from me that do the mounts and shafts etc... cant remember the lads name, my mate knows him well
normally he has them on ebay but not on atm, just checked.

in the west cornforth area of durham im sure. try asking on png as i think he mite be on there

That's just CV joints, I can sort them myself, it's the mounts I'll have an issue with.

This.

It took me & a friend 2 hours to change a starter motor on a 3.0 V6 Nova as there was simply no room to work

There very good fun, torque steer like burgery, we almost took out an oncoming caravan as it torqued steered us into the opposite lane lol in gear accerleration is phenomenal compared to a 20XE though but overall there only good for high 13's low 14's as standard.
