The footage was taken in Churu in Rajasthan, north-west India on 7 August.
It shows a local official using the excavator part of the mechanical digger to knock the donkey to the ground and repeatedly hit the animal's head and body.
The animal was killed because locals feared it had caught rabies from a dead dog. They called the local council municipality for help, which send a man and a digger to "deal with the situation".

er i watched it and recommend no one else does. put it this way the bucket bounced off the donkeys head then his neck broke and the paki kept knocking bucket down on him. it was an unwell donkey but could have been handled very differently. slum of india

yeah, I've heard of that one.
The dog (looked like a golden retriever) was running on it's side while the sicko was doing it. 
Apparently some guy got dumped by his girlfriend so stole her dog and filmed himself cutting it in half. Disgusting

Of course, its called lethal injection. However in India this is life, happens all the time and not frowned upon. Western society will call them cunts for it. We eat Cows and they call us cunts back.
Not condoning it btw, just saying its normal life there. Personally i've spent more on my dog this year than I have on my car so hearing about things like this angers the hell out of me !

Pretty Grim, surprised it's allowed on youtube, watched it for a few seconds then turned it off.
In the middle east they do something similar with stray dogs and a dust bin lorry, was the worst thing i've even seen, sick, inhumane and uneducated.
