yep mate, works off the inlet manifold! When you floor the throttle, the throttle flap open to max allowin loadsa of air + fuel in. This reduces the vacuum within the manifold. Guage displays "poor" at this point, describing the fuel consumption drivin in this manor.
However, on tickover, the flap is only very slightly open, and so vacuum is much higher, so guage displays "idle".
When rolling to a stop in gear, vacuum is even higher (cant remember exactly why) but basically the guage displays "decellerate".
Very active and very useful guage for fuel consumption and very accurate. Oh and did i mention how easy it is to plumb into the 1.2 8v corsa! and the others as well! its a straight swap of pipes!! VERY EASY. VERY KOOL MOD. VERY NICE. OK

thats amazing, those 18" rims look magic!! (prefer the delta evo as std without v grill, but it does look quite good on your car)
Got any other pics of the interior etc?? as it looks very unique

Thanx lads for the comments
I wanted to paint the handles, but some how i snapped a thread in the bolts behind the handles and cant take them off..just have to make do.
Gauge is a vaccum gauge
As to the question of over heating with no grille. You find all corsas wiv standrd front bumpers (except 1.6) will have their grilles blocked anyway, so having this bumper wont effect it much. But it does heat up quickly now as its summer, and i have the heaters on HOT and blowing at number 3
Regs
