Thought i'd chuck a bit of a build thread up as am going along getting my new business premesis clean, tidied, painted and modernised a lot more than it is now!

Got the garage off a Friend whos always done all my MOT's etc... mega sound guy couldent of asked for a better landlord tbh! and hes got fooking good taste in cars! lol

Got in there 2 days ago and started the MASSIVE clean up and got some paint on the walls so everything had a basecoat on.

Its a 3 bay workshop with upstairs storage and an extension of the building which was used for bodywork once upon a time, i'll be using it for storage and the odd small bit of bodywork.

Will ll come on over the next 18 months or so as i dont have a money tree unfortuantly lol but we'll get there in the end

Will let the pic speak...

Main Shutter to the 2 poster bays

Front of the garage all signwork will be replaced soon too and the shutters are going black instead of multicoloured

2 poster bay before paint

other size pre-paint

4 poster bay need a tiny bit of paint lol and a brush out

2 nice sights over 1000 horse beetween them 2

end of the garage been used for storage

office needs a good brighten up!

Halfway through some paint, new flouescent in now as well so theres actually some light in there!

2 poster bays after a lick of paint!

Bit of a classic cossie in the ford scene

4 poster bay after a lick of paint!! bottom half had a second coat before i left before too so all nice and fresh

Tidied up that bottom end so its a bit more organised until its all moved to the landlord new place

Tomorrows job clean all that shite out, get all the thick oil scraped off the floor and de-grease it ready for some floor paint!!!

Also moved all the engines (3 YB blocks, 2 scooby blocks, 1 zetec, 1 CVH, scooby box, E36 evo box) out of the 2 poster bays into storage along with some gearboxes. 1 YB and and what looks to be an E36 evo motor left under the stairs as thats a fooking heavy lump!! so that looks miles neater.

Any holes in the wall have now been filled too so will dab some white over them tomorrow

Needs modernising so bad! garage has been there for 35 years+ and the guy who moved out was in it for 7-8 i think! So theres alot of dirtyness to put right lol

Will get it all painted and stuff for now, and its having a re-wire. then once its workable and the pennys are rolling in it'll be new signs equipment etc....

Want it to become one of the best equipped independants in the north west mate
