I go to one of the places around the office every day. Usually spend about £6/7 on lunch and £2/3 on breakfast.

I take food to work - but its just something from tesco that can be warmed up in a microwave.

I never cook anything :/

Weekends are even worse, 3 meals a day in a pub/restraunt or take away!

If I'm not fasting, I spend about £1.85 a day. Thus only spend £5.55 a week on lunches

Apple, Crisps, chicken fillet from sainsbury's

... just a shame I spend about £350 on fuel on a month commuting

Spend a fortune on lunch but then the alternative isn't worth contemplating.

Went through a period of bringing soup and stuff to make sandwiches but can't be arsed with it, would rather just pay the 4 quid from the over priced cafe next door.

my main lunch course usually consists of 4 thick slices of wholemeal bread, toasted, with butter and a tin of heinz beans.

then i have a tin of cold ambrosia tinned rice, which is very filling.

and lastly i eat a couple of bananas afterwards.
