Quick question am on my phone.

Lady crashed into me, she doesn't want to use insurance, if I did they would probably write the escort off

Wants me to get a quote and she will pay.

Should I even tell my insurance? I did take her details.

Not bad, probably needs bumper, fog, and paint. could do it myself tbh

No, take the cash and get the bits yourself. Insurance will only end up going up for you too despite it being her fault.

my insurance has gone up hundreds despite being a non fault claim so in your case, being an old escort, i would just take the cash.

Get written quotes from a couple of bodyshops, give them to her, receive money off her and do the job for yourself about 20 quid.

But how can they be crafty when a claim won't be logged on the system etc??

Can see your point from a modding scenario, but not from a non fault crash that he isn't claiming on.

if he phones insurance up and tells them he's been in an accident but isn't claiming, his insurance will still go up as he has to legally tell insurance companies when his renewal comes through.

if he keeps it quiet and doesn't tell anyone, he'll be fine.

Just take the cash. Easier for both of you. Her excess is probably £250 so makes no odds

yup.... as above even claims (non fault) rape you. Its retarded.

EVEN when fully protected!!!

When the GTR was stolen we claimed - but stopped the claim - didnt receive any cash etc - and the car was returned by the police. We paid all storage charges etc.

We no have a claim with ZERO value that fucks up Fee's quotes

this is what they usually ask:

Do you have any accidents, losses, thefts, incidents or claims in the last 3 years (regardless of fault)?

doesn't have to be a claim, just an accident.

She's not going to give him a load of cash and then call them though?

I would fix it on the cheap with her money, no insurance, no reason for those bastards to charge you more for nothing.

If he takes the insurance route Jambo there is nothing to stop her disputing liability and blaming him anyway.

you dont have to declare this. if your insurer recovers in full from the other party, or dont pay out anything then you havent made a non fault claim. a non fault claim is one where you have been paid a sum or had your car repaired by your own insurer but it wasnt your fault, ie; hit and run or stolen vehicle.
however, in this scenario your renewal quote will be higher purely because they can get away with loading the premiums.

dont tell them, you can always inform them later on. its bullshit that the claims not valid if not reported immediately. ive dealt with claims that were reported 6 months later
