I've noticed the price on them have dropped a fair bit.
Are they really that good to drive? Scary on the limit?
They seem to respond awesomely to being turbo'd. Costs?

Pro's and Con's on AP1 and AP2 please.

After some more research, it seems its not great to turbo it because of stressing the engine too much

fairly average straight line speed as standard. Turbo'd is interesting... handle well providing you know how to drive / aren't a pussy about getting the back to slide.

(most owners are pussies though, so they mince about in it)

Drove a lads at work the other week soft top and it's awsom and ballistic it is truly deadly when the back end kicks out and ya off the buzz kicks in and ya want more

I would hazard a guess that, like CTR's, and all other proper Vtec cars, it would be far happier with a Supercharger than a turbocharger. Every single one of the pictures above looks the tits

I agree with eck I was always told to keep away from turboing any vtec mentto be better and more responsive charged

I hated the power delivery when I test drove one & the interior was quite dull, switches etc looked more 1980's than 2000's.

Cheap though now I guess.

Ap2 GT is my next car for sure. Had the Ap1 and loved it but erm - drove on the edge all the time and it took its toll
