This morning I had to leave my car in a disabled space as there were literally no other space free, only a small car park. I started to worry about being clamped but my car is really low. The rear arch comes over the top of the tyre.

My question is will someone struggle to clamp a car that is too low?

What I was about to say, Just use one of those big plates with chain rather than a around the wheel jobbie.

Most clampers won't just have one type of clamp.

Not a sensible option for where it was

Only supposed to clamp offside front so just undo your wheelbolts and leave it.

If it gets clamped just jack it and remove wheel. Put spare on. Job done

I'm sure it's not actually illegal to park in a disabled space?
