Got it about 1 month ago when it looked like this.....

Lots of time spent on it (stickers took around 1 week to remove) and 0quid, it now looks like this.....

The wheels are a nightmare to keep clean, and they need refurb'd anyway, so thinking about doing them black.

I gave it a polish today by hand with Meguire's polish, but tbh it really needs a hit with a DA polisher to bring the colour right out.

These things are rapid when played with. My mates got a white one and it fookin shifts.

It looked utter shite in those first pics lol. Must have been a right mare taking all those stickers off. Would suit a bigger set of wheels to fill the arches a bit.

It was used for a charity road rally, Rust 2 Rome, and the stickers were sponsor stickers at 25quid a pop. Must have made quite alot from the stickers alone.

Yeah when removing the stickers, it took some paint with it from the door and a massive chunk from the rear bumper. So i found a Rev 3 local for cheap cheap in the same colour, got the bumpers, side strips, rear lights, bootlid and spoiler and currently breaking the car. Sold a few bits so far and made my money back and got the parts i needed. Unfortunatly the passenger door on the breaker, the paintwork is fuked.

Its only a 2.0 N/A Eck so no as quick or as tuneable as the turbo's. Saying that, on the way home from the RR day, it passed the 220bhp FN2 and wasn't far off the pace of Sc0ots EP3, wasn't much in it tbh.

Not sure if it was the Rust 2 Rome challenge it done, the guy said it was the Madness 2 Monaco he done, but it had Rust 2 Rome stickers on it so not 100% sure.

Looks well nice now, not keen on the 'sleepy eye' kit though. Nice transformation though

Its a Rev 2, 158bhp. Does handle very well, unless its wet then its not so good if you press on, gets a bit twitchy.

Dosn't have a sleepy eye kit, i done that just for a pic. When the lights are on and u switch them to off, if you catch it at the right time and switch it to the sidelights, it stops the motors and the headlights stop.

No, not fun at all, i swore never to buy another car thats covered in stickers, unless i plan to keep them on. Saying that, changing the front bumper on 1 of these is a bit of a nightmare too.

Is it a G-Limited import?

Has the toblerone indicators like the imports.

No, Rev 2 UK car. GT T-bar.

I found a complete running Super Red Rev 3 G-limited import local for 300quid and robbed a few parts off it and currently breaking the rest of the car. Made more than my money back with parts still to shift.

He changed the rear bumper, look at the recess in the first pics. Doesn't explain the indicators though.

Definatly.

Most of the stuff i have sold has went via Gumtree, but ive also sold a few parts over on IMOC via the wanted section. Might join up actually so that i can sell via the for sale section as i can't do it at moment with me being a basic member. The for sale threads and cars breaking threads over on IMOC seem to be pretty active with alot of stuff shifting for high prices. Ive been selling stuff cheap cheap for quick sale's.
