Cars Standard, Customers Views: Lost power in 5th and 6th compared to before...

Twinpass would be a better design, inlet track has added about 2 meters of pipe work, and intercooler approx 60-70% larger

Hmmmm

Surely that would benefit a remap?

Also could you not fix the bottom IC pipe any better?

How it came in the kit.....Astra kits are much better, its suported though the joiners, cable ties are support, so coolant pipe doesnt rub against it.

wasnt overly impressed

I like a good debate....

Wouldnt to too worried about intercooler (cheap ebay one) as you call it

more the lenght of pipe work

All the others from this company (vauxhall specialist) have been good, and proven too

Be interesting to see what power it makes WITH mods...

Mark, They dont actualy do a specific kit for them, but they do for the 2.0 Turbo, inc standard intercooler removeable, And new fans im sure we could make a kit up to suit

And yes they do make a difference, when mapped deffently needed

The amount of bends there aren't helping either. Surely it would make more sense to have a new turbo on at the same time?

They are - Never had a problem with anyother parts AND havent got a problem with this, just i think a twinpass would of been a better design due to where inlet and turbo out are on the same side

i dont think there is any problem with the piping as you say or heat, however it just seems completely pointless for the customer to fit before fitting any other supporting mods

its generally on vag cars the cheap ebay coolers are utter shit as you cant get the pipe to the turbo unless you have a twin pass.
