Friday, finish work, go home, start drinking, sort presents out for kids to open in morning.
Saturday, remember that it is not Christmas yet and hide all presents before kids get up, cook loads of nice food and drink lots, get presents out for kids to open in morning.
Sunday, check it is actually Christmas, open presents, eat and drink until i go back to work in January

I start my week of oncall on Thursday at lunch time, which last right through till' Thursday the 29th - so that's no alcohol for that window
That aside, it's my Birthday on Friday - so getting a full days work in then coming home for a (sober) meal with my girlfriend.
Saturday we're driving to my Dads, staying there till boxing day morning - then coming home to try on all my new socks
