Thought i would copy over a thread on my daily, seen as i didnt actually have one on here :S .
after owning 2 cars and being unable to afford to do more to my beetle after lightly restoring it. i decided one of them had to go, and being momentarily sensible i decided jemima my beetle would find a new home. stuck her on vzi and she sold within 3days to my shock/horror.so that left me with a mint but rather dull corsa . reason i decided to keep the corsa being it having stupidly low mileage. so a ten year old basically brand new car.so thought i would waste my money on it to make it (slightly) more interesting.
pic of my old beetle
corsa stayed stock for ages, barr my reg plate.then it had to be lowered
60 all round on uprated shocks and springs
then i got bored...
debadged front grille, aero wipers, and to detract abit of attention away from it when it fades to pink slightly, i chequered the bonnet
then i debadged and dewipered the rear
last purchase were some pressed metal plates
clean engine bay
i planned to fit these when i sourced some adaptors but i got bored of trying to find them, so sold them on.
let me know what you think, simple and clean if the pics are crap... blame the iphone cam
i plan to opelise the corsa, german rears etc

So, i got an opel badge off my sister for christmas
so i fitted it today
before
during
after
Also because the wheel trims have vauxhall badges on, ive decided to run without them. so i cleaned the steels up with wonderwheels. and they are in really good shape
so how it looks now....
sorry about the state of the car, cant be bothered cleaning it over winter.
