Its in a Nova though!
1600 16v on throttle bodies, manifold, exhaust system and management running about 150bhp changing into 5th at the finish line due to a close ratio box.
15 inch Toyo R 888s.
Stripped out with buckets.
14.9 secs, did 3 runs and that was on my 3rd ever run up the strip so could proberly better it but I was happy lol!

15.5 secs in my 1.6 16v, full interior and half a tank of fuel.
Mods were full magnex system including decat with 4-2-1 raceland manifold and jr open cone filter.
Cheap nangkang tyres but surprisingly grippy as fuck in the dry lol.
Only done 3 runs and the slowest was 16.8 due to missing a gear lol.

a mate down road from me has a 1.6 16v on manzel power box ,protech 4 into 1 manifold , magnex system from decat ,cammed , verniers , polished n ported head , multi angle valve seats , non standard internals ie knife edge crank , arp bolts etc , chipped raised limiter , with 25 bhp shot NOS
stripped out 2 bucket seats with full cage
16's with toyo proxie's
his best time is 15.0 seconds dead an that was spinning up near whole way down santa pod

He needs an LSD then as that's woeful if he can't get traction. I expect high 13's until I get an LSD. Considering my mates broken Civic that had 180bhp and a 1.5 way diff did a 13.6.

he is in middle of fitting an lsd into his gearbox an is upping the nos to 50 bhp shot and wants some r888's and wats low 14s or late 13s
