a genuine 26k mile on the shell, absolutely brilliant condition! very very straight and solid!
now fitted with a C16SE:
Kent NVO62 cam
head work, Ported head, bigger valves, ports matched to Irmscher Nova Sport manifold, just been stripped, cleaned, new gaskets/seals. (500 miles ago!)
four branch manifold...wrapped
genuine Nova Sport Weber 40 DCOE's, have just been stripped, cleaned and new gaskets/seals fitted same time as head.
setup on rolling road @ Mikeanics in Congleton. runs spot on.
Digi clocks, work perfect.
V6 brakes with Laguna V6 disks.
High Performance Coilovers (done about 1000 miles)
very clean Nova SRi red interior
unfortunately it has no wheels, i only have corsa gsi 14'' wheels and they dont fit over the brakes at the front. i am trying to get some in the mean time but as it will probably be a vauxhall enthusiast that will buy the car, wheels wont be a problem.
please email: deanrankin85@hotmaiol.co.uk or PM for phone number, more details or more detailed pics.
thanks for looking.
£2200 ono

no we all see that its a fair price for a nice car built with proper engineering and not prawn crackers.

It's a bit much to be asking top dollar for a car with no wheels no matter what we're talking about

I love that comment, because every Vauxhall enthusiast has a set of Nova offset wheels lying around.
But I do agree with Paul on the £2.2k Nova comment. Research suggests my Astra Coupe Turbo is worth about that

£1 says your engine bay is no way near as clean. Or that an Astra coupe is not rare.

That's a fair point from an enthusiast, but I don't consider myself an enthusiast and I know if you put both cars in front of 100 random people, at least 95 would take the Astra.

See my comment above, I'm not disputing it's clean, and with the little knowledge I have of the Vauxhall community I suspect it will probably go for near the full asking price.

Cheap hot hatch - a £2200 nova would cross my mind. a Clio 172 does though.
