i once had a rear wiper motor on ebay and i just got a random image of one in worse condition from google images and within an hour of it being listed i had someone who was selling the one in the image for twice the price kicking off at me...
i then went and took a perfect picture of it giving in depth details of whats included etc.. and i even lowered the price a bit more hahaha. pissed on his cornflakes

I had it before with my old megane f1 - but it wasnt pictures it was the text. It was about 6 months after the ad had been removed by me and i was just curious on their price one night.....anyway ready the listing and it was word for word same.
I message him with aload of abuse and he says i liked you advert, i thought it was good :s yet it had no relivance to his car at all as it talked about how i had the car since may 09 and i serviced it at this point etc etc.

im not that bothered, just was looking for engines and saw my picture,
and you cant do anything unless its watermarked with copyright stuff on it
his reply though....
its a picture of a engine that i sold before mate i just reused the picture for this listing it comes complete without ac pump and manifold as stated in ad, thanks

it wouldn't bother me, but now he's wrote that lie, i would say you had that engine stolen and have informed police etc etc

I've had it in the past with vending machines. I just took it as a compliment on my photography skills It was their problem if their machine wasn't upto the same standard when the buyer came to collect.
