Grayson got you promoted, did well last season and has had key players sold from under him this year.
It's Bates they needed out, not him

Stupidity imo.
How can you sack a manager at the end of the transfer window Should have sacked him before so at least the new guy can reshape/rebuild.

He was useless in the transfer market, never took the blame for bad signings or results - Bates kept us from extinction

This, this, this. Leeds fans are fucking idiots. They'll never play in the premier league again so long as that lovely man, Ken, is there.
Hope Redfearn is in charge long enough to kill any lingering playoff hopes.

Yeah. Cos Bates loves Leeds. Look how he ran Chelsea. They never saw a penny of profit, all went to his back pocket and left them floundering in debt. Thank god for Roman.

I fund it interesting how all my hardcore Leeds mates who go week in week out are all putting on fb how Grayson was unlucky, wasn't allowed to bring the players in he wanted and they want Bates out. They can see, but then they go week in week out so will know.

Chelsea is a play thing. Leeds have made shit loads from sales of thier best players, which Bates let go, where's that money gone?

You were 10th in the league after selling your keeper, and 2 pretty regular first teamers, Johnson and Howson (i know Howson was recent) And had a lot of injuries too
The championship is a very very tough league, play-offs would of been a realistic target, and you were only a few points off that.
Who knows, a new manager might do better, but whoever takes it hasn't got an easy job.

Fair play mate
See I reckon that's just unrealistic expectations, tough league and Grayson has done well considering as soon as a club come sniffing for one of your better players with a bit of cash Bates is only to keen to sell so he can pocket the cash.
