I am so so sorry to contact you at this difficult time. I am a reporter at The Times newspaper and was devastated to hear of the loss of Lee in a bicycle accident last month. I sincerely mean this, as my best friend is currently in a critical condition in hospital and still not conscious three months after being hit by a lorry on her bike in London:

You could look at it like that, or you could think that actually they are making an effort to publicise cycle safety.

well i was warned by police press would be in touch, didnt expect it on corsasport though.. not sure how they even found me

thats what im not sure of, is it raising awareness or wanting a story..

i have deleted the tread, first thing i did..

times is a huge paper, 100% not sure how my mam and dad will feel about it... my dad is a biker/triker after all and my other brother was injured in a bike accident

TBH be very careful, press can spin stories around in an instance - a Photography friend got screwed over by the BBC on an urban exploration story in scotland.

I saw a guy from the Times on BBC Breakfast this week trying to raise awareness as one of their reporters was seriously ill after being knocked off her bike. Could be the same one.
