Introducing my Van
Here's the list of current Mods/Upgrades
currently running 0bhp and 0lbft
* Saab b204 engine
* undecided on gearbox
* Vectra B V6 front discs redrilled to 4 stud (may go five stud now)
* Rear disc conversion using Astra F parts
* Goodridge braided brake hoses with Dot 5 fluid
* Cavalier rear anti-roll bar and Combo van front anti-roll bar
* Custom stainless steel 2" straight through from turbo to (centre exit) backbox
* Battery relocated to remaining spare wheel well
* 13 row oil cooler
* Breather catch tank
* front mount intercooler
* twin 10" cooling fans
* bilstein 50mm lowering springs and G-max dampers
* Powerflex and Polyrace bushes
* Front upper and lower strut braces
* aerocatch bonnet pins
* carbon wrap roof and side panels
* EPAS steering column and steering rack
* Vectra GSI phase 1 Front seats
* Angel eye headlights with HIDS
* Boot de-wipered

Awesome.
I was impressed by the Isuzu I had in my old Cav TD. Had that running 22psi and it was great fun.
Think that when I eventually get the space for a proper project, a TD Corsa similar to this will be the route I take for cheapish laughs!

Ah, I forgot you had rear discs. What's your thoughts on them compared to drums? I've got a disc axle in my garage but I've never been able to decide whether or not it's worth putting on. Have you got a bias valve on it?

can pull up alot faster giving me more confidence when hacking down country lanes , never had a issue with rears locking up easy even in the wet as for bias valves I've got inline ones off a mk3 astra

clutch failed last month,
last night developed an engine knock possible injector

Stripped engine down last night turns out i ve got a bent conrod ,
So i m going to strip engine bay down and stitch weld front end, fit the strenghtening plates to front cross member.
make some extra plates to stiffen suspension mounting then repaint it all then decide what I m going to do then

decided enough is enough and started taking enging out
Engine out removed bulkhead sound deading , steering rack and front suspension

yeah but got to keep looking forward now , cant wait to get front end stitch welded up and chassis strengthening plates on .the engine bay was starting to look tired anyway
