For the iPhone, that "kills apps" to save the battery?

Thought android and iPhone had similar apps but can't seem to find one on the iphone.

Double tap the home button then a line of the apps you're running will appear along the bottom. Hold one down for 2-3 seconds, it should start wiggling. Press the red (-) button and you've closed the app down.

Killing the apps on an iPhone makes little to no difference to battery life.

Turn off auto brightness and set the brightness lower.

My battery lasts about 3-4 days

Who are they kidding here

Use iPhone Regularly

For proper maintenance of a lithium-based battery, it’s important to keep the electrons in it moving occasionally. Be sure to go through at least one charge cycle per month (charging the battery to 100% and then completely running it down).

You can also do it just on the menu, hold down on an app you've downloaded and they all wiggle with a red cross, click and they go

If youre like me who doesnt like having their phone on charge over night but needs it on to use the alarm then stick it on airplane mode.
I get a shit signal so the reception constantly says 'searching' which kills the battery life. I can put it on airplane mode with 5% and it will be the same when the alarm goes off 7 hours later.

Just dont like the thought of it being charged for 7-8 hours when it only takes about an hour to charge fully.

This.

Killing apps only increase available memory - speeding up the phone.
Jailbreak it.

Wont make any difference over leaving it on charge all night.

Unless it doesn't get time to fully charge before you leave for work in which case it's actually worse.
