Afternoon all

Last night me and the misses got a pizza hut takeaway.

Went and picked it up, got home and one of the pizzas was wrong, thought nothing of it just picked the mushrooms off.

The problem is, after a few slices, the misses was very ill, and hasn't been to work today so bad times. Do you think they will refund me/some of the money?

Thanks

You could play the 'just to let you know' card and see if they offer you anything, but the chances are slim unless a lot of people have been struck.

Just give them a phone, ask to speak to a manager and explain you just want to let them know that your mrs has been pretty ill and say you were just wanting to let them know incase something is wrong with something.

Trading standards , they will put you intouch with the correct department . I did this when I bought some dodgy chicken from supermarket and it turned out there was some bacteria from factory . I got a voucher from them and an apology letter . I was also shitting through eye of a needle

They give out vouchers for anything, I got one the other day that said, "We're sorry we were late, to make it up to you we're including a voucher for any large pizza free of charge", I never even mentioned them being late. They even send you vouchers for not going, saying "We hope you haven't forgot about us"
