Supposedly Arsenal have agreed a deal to sign Podolski at the end of the season
Think he'll be good in the prem. If true.

I know talksport aren't the most reliable of sources

Original source is Bild, which IIRC is usually quite reliable. Will be an excellent signing if so, although hope he doesnt mind the bench :/
Edit to sya, however, we have impeccable standards when signing players and never approach them until deal agreed (ask Lorient president), so thereofre not true, but has been a lot of specualtion, as there was with Hazard for 2 years and we still havent signed him yet

he did play for a good team, he signed for Bayern, but he was very poor for them, hence going back to FCK

Podolski would be a guaranteed starter for Arsenal every week imo. He got played left wing at Bayern and never settled. Look at his record for Germany and at big tournaments.
Vastly experienced at 26, proven goalscorer and perfectly suited to the EPL.

but this is the problem... where will he play for Arsenal? We only play with one striker, and thats RVP so he either goes in an advanced role on the wings or he plays second fiddle (which is what we need!)

Arsenal have agreed a deal to sign Germany striker Lukas Podolski, 26, from Cologne, BBC Sport understands.
Reports suggest the Gunners will pay £10.9m for the 26-year-old on a four-year contract worth £100,000 a week.

Always liked Podolski, hope he can cut it in the prem.
Surely the wages aren't that high

Probably find out this story has been fabricated by Podolskis agent to engineer a move to another club.
