So, had a Merc C-class on order but there fannying about with a few things delivery spec etc & i'm not sure a saloon boots the best to stick a pram in so I cancelled it.
Went for a look at the weekend and came home thinking the Mazda 6 looks like a bargain.
0% APR, 0% VAT on a new one & plenty deals on 1yr old with low miles.
Tempting. Anything else to look at?
Needs:
5 door, spacious (hatch boot)
Diesel 2L or above.
No more than a year old....
Took a look at Vauxhalls but im not feeling the Insignia and the Antaras a bit box van like.
Ford Kuga is nice but 4x4 titanium spec (which you'd want) is getting on in price.
Really looking to spend around 18-19k Tops, and would like to take advantage of any finance deals 0% etc

Liked the 3mps as well but i'm guessing fuel economy would be on par with my RS.
Needs to be Diesel really!!

I'd get a year old Kuga new ones a bit more than i'd like to pay.
Mondeo new model one looks good but I always thing there not a smart buy. Always think new mondeos half in value overnight

Is the Qashqai pitched against the CRV & Kuga etc? If so I think I prefer those, not really looked at the Qashqai though, even though I was in Nissan as well I must have walked right past them.

They are apparently really good cars.
CRV and 6 are a bit takeaway owner.

Congratulations.
I think the Qashqai looks good. I would say a Landrover Freelander but you won't get a new one for that. They drive nice, look smart, loads of room inside and they are really capable off road and in the snow.
