Good luck tomorrow when the aching begins

The amount of people that do this for a week and never post about it again is crazy!

I'd say insanity is more intense, but p90x is Alot harder work.

I could just about walk after the first week of insanity. P90x day two I couldn't move.

just research food and work your routine into your calendar for a few weeks to get you started, if you can get into it and do a few weeks then you will probably carry on, if you don't prepare it makes it much harder to carry on

Long term changes are needed for long term results, I bet the adherence figures for this kind of stuff are woeful. Find something you enjoy doing, you'll stick to it far longer. All the best!

To burn 6lbs of fat you need to burn in excess of 21000 calories.

ive been slacking the last 2 weeks with this... ive been doing it for a year and a half up to now...

going get into it again this week.. the month 2 MAX workouts, max interval circut and max interval plyo are great work outs.. look out for max interval sports training too from the deluxe edition.. its quite good also...
