You're clearly not quite old enough to have started a family of your own, but too old to remember what an utter cunt you were when you were a child.

Until you have kids I dont think you can comment myself! My missus had 3ish years off until the little un went to nursery so she was a "full time mum" Up until that point, child care fees are so massive there was no point her going to work!

Even now she works 6 hours a day around school hours and I bet we are only about £200 a month better than we would be if she didnt go to work! The reason she does go though is the life of a full time mum is stressful and boring as fuck! It aint no walk in the park trust me! You will find most full time mums are miserable!

You must be fucking retarded to think being a mum is a job, like being a fireman or shop assistant.

Being with your child all day is a nice thing unless your children are little shits in which case you mustn't be very good at your 'job'

If you don't approach being a parent in the same way you would approach being a fireman, you're doing it wrong. It's totally a job.

You don't get paid at the end of the month like you do at [insert your place of work here] but you do earn a child who will grow up and hopefully achieve more success than you in their lifetime, and will still be around to wipe your arse when the tables are turned and you're the useless, dribbling wreck soiling yourself without a moment's notice.

Evidently some of you are still bitter about both your parents / your only parent working full time while you were growing up.

Disagree. You dont go through school saying you want to be a mum or dad for a living. Its like saying you want to build sand castles all day every day. The efforts required but its not classified as a job you would do to make a living.

More like its your 'responsibility' to bring up a child. To say its your job sounds silly. You had the choice to not shite out a baby.

Judging by your apparent misinformation about the delivery method of babies, I would surmise you didn't go through school at all, let alone make any career decisions.
