Does anyone else get wound up by this? I know its not 100 logical, but I find it really annoying.
Sell item circa 7pm.
.
.
.
.
Payment received at 11:30pm
..
Message received 11:35pm
"Wen u sending my item"
Not regards/thanks, just enquiring etc.
In my advert I state a handling time of within 3 business days and eBay give you a guide as to when you would receive it.

Wind anyone else up? Or is it just me Seems to happen to 70% of shit I sell.

Reply, "Hey - I'm in the car right now, on my way to your house to deliver it personally. Be there around 2am."

Seems to be a bunch of arrogant twats on ebay these days
That lot who do as you experienced, and also the lot who don';t acknowledge a single update from when you message them to let them know it's been sent, provide them with a tracking number etc, then never even leave you any feedback.

I sold MAF on 15th of April. The guy selected "collect in person - Free" option. I though great, no need to pack it. Looked at his address - Ireland!!! sent him three messages before got a reply on Tuesday! Still hasn't paid for postage though

The sad thing is people have to pander to these dickheads on eBay for fear of getting negative feedback.
That website is such a joke now.

I have sold a lot of BMW parts on there and only had one issue when one button has broken off (parrot hands free kit). I am sure when I sent it out the button was there and I package all the stuff I send pretty good!

Try running a business on there, I have to deal with these idiots on a daily basis and its even more important to pander to them for fear of low DSRs and loosing top rater seller.

The whole place annoys me.
The users are pricks and to top it off you have to pay for the privilege of dealing with them.
Sooner someone topples that monopoly the better.

I think it's easily done - provided one has several million dollars to invest in such an enterprise.

You think thats bad: I had someone ask (after they have won) if they could send the payment a week saturday from the item ending.
On the sunday after paying (a week late) they then ask me if I've posted the item and then to add insult to injury they then complained that parts were missing when they received the item which was infact listed as "spares or repair"..
As much as eBay is a great place to sell it is also is full of brainless morons!

I wholeheartedly agree though. They are greedy and complacent. I have immense hassle with them at work as well as selling personally.
