Woke up this morning, Mrs was in the bathroom getting ready. She must of wanted to look at the weather (as gail force wind here big time) and shouts me from my put "think need to come look at your garage".
Low and behold the garage roof had started falling in and braking up. I never go in there so had no idea it was in that state.

So had to move the V6 Corsa which has not move in a while shall we say.
Moved the corsa out to find it covered in about a 1" of crap.
Out she came on my truck and upto my Work/Garage until the insurance sort out what they want to do about the garage roof.

I have to give her a wash off and a look inside, where i found the following pass for PVShow2006 which was the last time she went out - 6 YEARS AGO

Anyway nothing planned, give her a polish maybe check the engine over and once the garage roof is sorted back in there until my son has passed his test and he can have in (4years time)

Some photos from back in the day (not to everyones taste but hay)

That does look superb even after all these years. Needs a mega powerful engine to match the looks tho. Nics engine in that body would be the perfect combo IMO.

I loved this car! It was always one of my favorites!

Also at the PVS pass with the Jag Corsa on it

Wonder what ever happen to that too?

Ditto with the showpass, although ours is 2004 PVS

Get yourself a car cover, D5's paint has stayed int pretty good condition.

Again, ditto with the stonechips and such, but I dont think wifey is so bothered anymore

But, I think the X14XE ideas actually quite a good idea for a first engine. Not too much work for you

It wouldn't fit. Still looks good though wouldn't look out of place in today's trends either
